A distinct visual direction, shown as one front-card visual, one standard mockup, a short name and a one- or two-sentence explanation. It is a direction, not a finished production file, only the direction you select is developed into the complete design.

One consolidated set of changes submitted at one time for the selected direction. A new creative direction, a new brief, a new brand identity or a format outside your package are not revisions.

Initial concepts are presented in one primary card format. Once you select a direction, the final design is completed and adapted across every card format included in the package.

You receive design files: print-ready vector artwork as PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and EPS, with text outlined for production where appropriate. These are the finished designs, not manufactured cards. If you would like the cards produced, we can arrange manufacturing separately, quoted on top of the design package.

Fonts must be supplied by the client with the appropriate usage rights. We can recommend suitable fonts, but font licences must be purchased separately by the client.

You own the bespoke delivered designs, excluding scheme trademarks, fonts, third-party materials, client-supplied materials, pre-existing templates and general methods. Ownership transfers on final delivery.

No. We produce scheme-aware, production-conscious design reviewed against known card-scheme brand considerations. Final approval remains subject to the issuer, relevant card scheme, programme partners and selected manufacturer.

Yes. Projects are private by default. You can optionally allow your completed design to be shown as an example on our site for a 10% discount on your total.

If you opt in before payment, you receive 10% off your total in exchange for permission to display the completed design. The discount covers the package price and any express surcharge, and nothing is published before the agreed date. If no date is agreed, we may publish it within 12 months of delivering your final files.

We send reminders and, after 90 days without the information we need, the project is closed with read-only access retained. It can be reopened within 12 months, just ask.

Express halves the wait for initial concepts, for a 50% surcharge, provided the brief and files are complete: 4 to 5 business days on Core instead of 8 to 10, 5 to 7 on Launch instead of 10 to 14, and 7 to 9 on Signature instead of 14 to 18. If we cannot meet your date we will tell you and refund the order in full.

Revision rounds beyond those included in your package can be arranged as additional paid work. Unused rounds have no cash value.

Yes. A format not included in your original package is a separate piece of work and is quoted individually.

Yes. We source cards through our own network of producers across plastic, metal, wearables and personalisation. We write the production specification, place the order with a producer who can hold it at your volume, adapt the approved design to their technical template, run sampling and answer their artwork questions during the run. Sourcing is quoted separately from the design packages, and you are always free to take the files to any producer you choose.

You review several distinct directions and choose the one closest to what you want, then refine it with your included revision rounds, so the final design reflects your feedback. Because bespoke design work begins as soon as your project starts, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law or where we are unable to deliver the service. Yes. Your project sits behind a private, unguessable link; uploaded assets are stored in private storage with signed, expiring access. We never request or store live card numbers or cardholder data, and payment is handled by Stripe, we do not see your card details.

Yes, you receive an invoice for every order. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Any applicable tax is added at checkout based on where your business is established and the details you give us.
