How it works

A structured process, from brief to final files.

Fixed scope and clear stages keep a card programme on schedule. Here is what happens at each step.

  1. 01

    Choose a package

Pick Core, Launch or Signature and the card formats you need. The price is fixed and shown up front in EUR or USD, with no figure resolved later.

  2. 02

    Send the brief

A structured form: who you are, what the card is for, required elements and text, fonts, and the creative direction. Attach logos and brand assets, or send them afterwards. A designer reads it, and if we cannot take the project on we refund you in full.

  3. 03

    Briefing call, on Signature

A short call before design starts, to talk through the options, the constraints on your chosen formats, and anything the brief left open. Often the difference between a good first round and a wasted one.

  4. 04

    Receive your concepts

Several genuinely different directions, each shown as a card visual and a mockup, with a short explanation of the thinking. Multi-format packages show concepts in one primary format so you are comparing ideas rather than variations.

  5. 05

    Choose one and refine it

Only the direction you pick goes forward. Your revision rounds refine it: type, colour, spacing, the back of the card. Send one consolidated set of comments per round and it moves fastest.

  6. 06

    Adaptation across formats

The finished design is applied to every card format in your package, so the virtual, plastic and metal versions read as one family rather than three separate cards.

  7. 07

    Approval and final files

You approve the design, we prepare final files, and you download layered PDF, .ai and .eps from your project page. Check them and tell us within ten business days if anything is wrong, and we fix it at no charge.

  8. 08

    Sampling and production

If you want, we can supply samples and the finished cards ourselves. Sampling is the first physical step, and it is normal to adjust after seeing one. Quoted separately from design.

Timing

Clear windows.

PackageStandardExpress (+50%)
Core8 to 10 business days4 to 5 business days
Launch10 to 14 business days5 to 7 business days
Signature14 to 18 business days7 to 9 business days

Final files follow 5 business days after approval.

Timing targets assume a complete brief and assets. Client delays pause the timeline.

Prepare

What to have ready.

  • Logo and brand-guideline files
  • Required colours and colours to avoid
  • Required card text and card product name
  • Which card elements apply (chip, contactless mark, signature panel)
  • Fonts, supplied with usage rights, a request for recommendations, or open-licence fonts
  • Any references and existing card or app examples

You have seen the process. Here is what it costs.

Fixed scope, fixed price, and dates you can plan a launch around.
